Participants will understand the definition, elements, behaviors, circumstances, classes, and types of sexual harassment. Drivers will understand the effects of sexual harassment on the victims, reporting and documentation responsibilities associated with harassment and the case law that supports it. Drivers are more & more concerned with their responsibility as a school official to exhibit appropriate driver-student relations and know what’s acceptable for appropriate and inappropriate touch and avoiding favoritism. (2 hour module)
